InvoiceBridge

Terms of service

Last updated: 7 November 2026

1. Scope

These terms apply to the InvoiceBridge API, the InvoiceBridge Apify Actor and the InvoiceBridge Stripe App (together “the service”), provided by rTriibe Ltd, United Arab Emirates. When you use the service through RapidAPI, Apify or Stripe, the terms of that marketplace also apply to the purchase and billing.

2. What the service does

The service reads, renders, validates, converts and generates electronic invoices in the formats described on this website. Validation results show conformance with the published rules at the time of the check; the official validation uses the KoSIT validator and its published configuration.

3. Your responsibility

4. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve the service and add or change formats; breaking changes to the API are announced in advance on the marketplace listing.

5. Prices

Prices are those shown on the marketplace you use (RapidAPI, Apify) or, for the Stripe App, on our pricing page. Free tiers and early access may be limited or ended with reasonable notice.

6. Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or for penalties resulting from invoices you issue or accept, except where such limitation is not permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Data protection

See the privacy policy. Where we process invoices on your behalf, the processing terms in section 1 of the privacy policy apply.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription on the marketplace or uninstalling the Stripe App. We may suspend access in case of abuse.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
