Your Stripe invoices, as e-invoices.
Stripe Invoicing produces a PDF, not an EN 16931 e-invoice. InvoiceBridge turns every finalized Stripe invoice into XRechnung or Factur-X, shows the validation right on the invoice page and e-mails the e-invoice to your customer.
How it works
- Install the app and enter what Stripe does not know — your street address, VAT id or tax number, contact person and IBAN. The details are stored in your own Stripe account (Stripe Apps Secret Store).
- Finalize an invoice as usual. The app reads it from Stripe and builds the e-invoice in the format you chose.
- Check it on the invoice page. Valid or not, with every issue explained; download the XML in any format.
- Your customer gets it by e-mail — automatically for business customers, or with one click.
What you can rely on
Exactly what Stripe charged
Net amounts, discounts and VAT come from Stripe as charged — nothing is recalculated. The e-invoice total is checked against the Stripe total.
Reverse charge and exemptions
Stripe Tax decisions map to the right EN 16931 VAT category: reverse charge, zero rated, exempt, not subject to VAT, small business (§ 19 UStG).
Leitweg-ID and PO numbers
Taken from invoice custom fields or metadata, as public-sector buyers in Germany require.
Paid invoices, shipping
Prepaid amounts, shipping costs and multi-page invoices are carried over.
Formats
XRechnung 3.0 (UBL or CII), Factur-X / ZUGFeRD XML (profile EN 16931), Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 and EN 16931 UBL. Generated documents are tested with the official KoSIT validator.
Pricing
Free during early access. Plans will be announced before the app is listed in the Stripe App Marketplace.
