1. Who is responsible

InvoiceBridge is operated by rTriibe Ltd, United Arab Emirates (“we”). Contact: support@invoicebridge.info.

For invoices you send to the API, the Apify Actor or the Stripe App, you are the controller and we process the data on your behalf (processor under Art. 28 GDPR). For the data needed to run our own services — accounts, billing, support e-mails, logs — we are the controller.

2. Invoices you process

E-invoices contain names, addresses, VAT ids, bank details and contact data of sellers and buyers. We use them only to perform the requested operation (read, render, validate, convert, generate, send).

3. Technical data

Our servers log request metadata (time, endpoint, status, size, IP address, error messages) to operate and secure the service. Logs are kept for up to 30 days and do not contain document content.
